Donald A. DeVito II, Chief Executive Officer of Auxilia, is First Vice President with Wachovia Securities Corporation and formerly was a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley. He has worked in the financial sector for more than 25 years and has served as a Financial Advisor, Registered Investment Advisor, and a Municipal Finance Professional in Albany, New York. During his career, he has been responsible for development of investment banking and corporate finance initiatives in the New York Capital Region. Mr. DeVito serves on the Board of the NY Capital Region's Center for Economic Growth (CEG) where he chairs the CEG Global Trends Committee. He also created the New York State Council for Defense Contractors and serves as its founding Chairman. His military experience includes the U.S. Army and the New York Army National Guard where he last served as a Captain in the 10th Mountain Division. He is a distinguished honor graduate of the U.S. Army Intelligence School and a graduate of the U.S. Army Infantry School.
