A Letter from Auxilia CEO

Auxilia is committed to leading the development and commercialization of unmanned systems (UMS) technology -- air, land and aquatic -- and to becoming the preeminent force in the emerging unmanned systems industry.

In U.S. military and homeland security applications, UMS proliferation has been rapid in the last few years. The Department of Defense has acknowledged that unmanned systems have become important force multipliers for future combat systems.  DoD plans to boost spending in this area to a projected level of 3.1 billion dollars by 2011.

Government sponsored UMS technology will rapidly transition to civilian sectors. This will create important applications and economic opportunities in areas such as DoD, homeland security, critical infrastructure protection, law enforcement and emergency response.

Auxilia's management has exceptional strength in  government markets, technologies, and management of technical programs.  In particular, it has recognized the increasing importance of  total life-cycle  management in training, maintaining and sustaining unmanned systems.

Based on our own engineering strengths and with a sizeable network of strategic partners, incuding important high tech systems and electronics industry leaders and innovators, Auxilia is working to see unmanned systems successfully commercialized.

We at Auxilia thank you for your interest in our company and for the opportunity to serve you as we lead the development and commercialization of unmanned systems technology.

Sincerely,

Donald A. DeVito, II
Chief Executive Officer
