IT Intern

Looking for an IT intern to assist in client setup, testing, troubleshooting and helpdesk functions for a collaborative software package.  Must have the ability to follow setup and test instructions across multiple server platforms for new clients, review reports and identify problems.   Familiarity with SQL databases, multimedia content networking tools(Macromedia/Adobe Flash), and client/server systems is helpful.
